Step 2 Getting to know each other
Once we've received your enquiry our one of our management team will be in touch to briefly discuss the City Edge franchise partner opportunity. This initial discussion gives you an opportunity to ask any questions you have. We'll send an information pack to help you become more familiar with our franchise partner offer.

Step 3 Your application
Suitable applicants will be invited to complete an application form. We'll answer any further questions you may have and we'll also need to obtain a more detailed profile of you and your property. You'll need to make a refundable deposit to be placed in trust until your application is accepted or rejected.

Step 4 First meeting
We'll discuss your application and go through your questions. We'll also provide formal documentation for you to take to your lawyer and accountant.

Step 5 Due diligence
We recommend you consult a lawyer and accountant to help you decide if this is the right business for you. The best way to get your franchise started is to do - proper preparation will give you the Edge.

Step 6 Second meeting
This is an opportunity to ask about any areas you are still unsure about. We'll explore further into the details of your business, ensuring an understanding of what you expect of us and we of you.

Step 7 Welcome to the City Edge franchise network!
Congratulations! All going well, your application will have been accepted. Now formal agreements will be signed, accreditation made and a commencement date confirmed. Prior to operating as a City Edge franchise you'll need to complete a three day induction course. The first six months of your performance will be closely monitored, and of course we will be there to support you for the life of the franchise agreement.
