Terms and Conditions

Payments
All reservations require a deposit of one night's tariff per apartment. The deposit will be charged to your credit or debit card at the time the reservation is made. Reservations must be paid in full on or prior to check in.

Cancellations
If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours of expected check in, or fail to check in, your deposit will not be refunded. Deposits for minimum stay periods and major events are not refundable at any time.

General
Guest/s shall be liable for any loss, theft or damage to keys, furniture, fixtures and all fittings in the apartment/s and associated common areas. Fair wear and tear excluded.

City Edge shall not be responsible for, or liable to compensate for, the loss, theft or damage to any property whatsoever brought onto the premises.

Management reserves the right to warn, eject or call police to, as appropriate, unruly, vexatious or non/short paying guest/s and or visitor/s, and to take all reasonable actions at all times to ensure the security of the premises.

City Edge enforces a zero tolerance attitude to parties or gatherings. Failure to comply may result in eviction with possible police intervention with no refund.

The guest/s shall comply with all reasonable requests, instructions or demands made by management. City Edge reserves the right to charge the guest/s for excess cleaning if deemed justified by management.

City Edge provides internet access only and cannot offer technical advice if connection difficulties are experienced by guests and assumes no responsibility for such occurrences.

The description of City Edge by its management or agents during the booking process is made in good faith but no responsibility for misdescription can be accepted. Individual apartments may differ slightly from those depicted on this website.

The number of guests in the apartment/s at any one time shall not exceed the number of guests declared when booking or upon check-in. Should at any time the number of guests in the room/s exceed the number declared, City Edge reserves the right to (a) charge extra according to the additional number of guests or (b) terminate the reservation immediately, without a refund.

Guests can store luggage at reception before checkin and after checkout at owners risk.

Should the term of the stay be reduced, the guest/s agrees to be liable for the appropriate tariff at the discretion of management.

Checkout is 10.00am on the date of your departure unless otherwise authorized by management. An additional fee may be incurred if you do not checkout by 10.00am.

The person/s or entities registered as or on behalf of the guest/s agree to pay in full all tariffs, surcharges and other charges incurred during the stay at City Edge.

Intellectual Property
Material on this web site is protected by copyright. Except to the extent permitted by relevant copyright legislation, you must not use, copy, modify, transmit, store, publish or distribute the material on this website, or create any other material using material on this website, without obtaining written consent of City Edge.

The services, technology and processes used by this website may be the subject of other intellectual property rights owned by City Edge or by third parties. No licence is granted in respect of those intellectual property rights other than as set out in these Terms. Use of this website must not in any way infringe on the intellectual property rights of any owner of those rights.
