Disgusting
Our experience at Quality Apartments North Melbourne was really disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived, the room had an open milk carton in the fridge, dirty cutlery, and a shower that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. For the price and “quality” name, we expected much better standards of cleanliness.
On top of that, the communication and after-hours check-in process were poorly managed — we almost weren’t let in at all, despite calling ahead to clarify the procedure. The lack of organisation and attention to detail really let down what was meant to be a special trip.
Overall, it felt like there was no care for guest experience or hygiene. Definitely not what you’d expect from a “Quality” hotel.
I’m still awaiting a response from higher management about a refund!
