Yes! All City Edge Melbourne apartments have opening windows.

2pm onwards. To guarantee early check-in, you must include in your reservation: for check-in before 12pm, you must book the night before, or, for check-in from 12pm, you can book until 2pm. If you arrive before 2pm and you haven’t pre-booked an early check-in and your apartment isn’t ready, we can store your luggage for you.

Note our East Melbourne locations share the same reception. On check in at 179 Powlett Street, please confirm your apartment location before unloading your vehicle.

10am. You can book a late check out to 12 noon when making your reservation.

Yes! We can store your luggage for you after check out. You must collect your luggage before reception closes, otherwise it may not be retrievable until the following morning. If, for example, you have an evening flight home, we suggest you include that night in your reservation.

A pre-authorisation may be applied to your Mastercard or Visa card on check in. This validates the presented card and acts as a bond to help protect both you and City Edge from possible fraud. The pre-authorised amount is set aside on behalf of City Edge by the card issuer and is released up to 14 days after check out, depending on the issuer. The pre-authorisation will affect your available funds balance or spending limit. Note a pre-authorisation is not a charge. Cash bonds are not accepted. Melbourne’s public transport network incorporates trams, trains and buses. You can purchase Myki cards at retail outlets and the transport stations. The easiest way to get around central Melbourne (apart from walking!) is by tram:

City Edge on Elizabeth: Routes 19, 57 and 59 run along Elizabeth Street. The nearest stops are numbers 5 and 6.

City Edge East Melbourne: To get to the city, take the tram on Victoria Parade. Routes 109 or 42 will take you down Collins Street. Nos. 23, 24 or 34 will take you down Latrobe Street. Upon your return, alight at stop 16. Alternatively, nos. 75 or 48 on Wellington Parade will take you down Flinders Street. Upon return, alight at stop 12.

City Edge North Melbourne: Route 58 on Peel Street. No. 11 stop is at the door of City Edge. Head towards the city to go as far as Flinders Street, and in the other direction the tram will take you along Flemington and Mt. Alexander Roads.

City Edge Box Hill: Route 109, last stop!
